The Eighth Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP8) to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), took place from 1 to 6 October 2018 in Geneva. Representatives of 181 Parties to the Convention took part. Also present were representatives of six States Non-Parties, as well as four international intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and 16 nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) accredited as observers.
