The Second Session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products (MOP2), scheduled to take place from 15 to 18 November was held virtually from 15 to 17 November 2021.

Representatives of 59 Parties participated. Also present were representatives of 58 States non-Parties, one international intergovernmental organization (IGO) and seven nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), accredited as observers.
